Jack Petchey Winner – October 2019
Congratulations to Kaciee Manning who is the October winner of the Jack Petchey Award. Kaciee was nominated for the award by Mrs Atkinson who said: “I have nominated Kaciee, as despite the challenges that she has faced in the past and her continuing challenging situation, she has returned to school with new determination and dedication towards her education.   Kaciee has become a role model for other students and is trying to guide them towards having a more positive attitude during their time at HRS.   Kaciee’s commitment towards her time in year 10 has been outstanding, this has been noticed by many members of staff, she has to be congratulated for her efforts this academic year”.   Kaciee has nominated the PLC to receive the £250 contribution.

Coats
We have a number of coats in lost property at the moment and are sure that students would appreciate their return during this cold weather. If your son/daughter has lost their coat, please ask them to check in lost property. Please also ask them to double check that they have the correct coat as there are lots of similar coats which sometimes get mixed up.
Thank you.
