Year 8 Fundraising
From Monday 1st December Year 8 will be raising Money for Olivia Bowyer, sister of Jack Thwaites in our year group, who suffers from global developmental delay.  We are supporting their race to raise £5000 to enable her in gaining access to Physiotherapy and speech and language therapy to aid her development.  Each day members from each form group will be taking part in a sponsored silence for the duration of the school day.

If you would like to support our fundraising please go on to ParentPay and pledge your donation.  Any support would be gratefully received.  Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Year 8 Wells MFL Spanish Groups
From Monday 1 December, the two single linguists’ classes, currently run as mixed ability groups, will be set by ability.  Information about your child’s set will be found in their planner from the beginning of next week.  The first lesson in the new sets will be on Tuesday 2 December Period 5.  Your child will be told which room to go to.  For the forthcoming parents’ evening, it would be wise to see their current teacher, who knows them best.  Appointments will be made next week.
