Year 11 News
This Friday the Year 11 students will collect their mock exam results certificates and the reports will also be published for parents to view on the school VLE.

I have identified a number of students who are not reaching their potential and will be inviting these students to attend a Parents’ Evening next Thursday 26th March beginning at 5.00pm.  At this time you will be able to discuss the steps required to secure a good grade in the forthcoming exams.  Students who have been invited will be given an appointment booking sheet along with their results certificates.  In addition you will receive an InTouch notification with all of the details for the evening.

Modern Foreign Languages
Year 11 SP11C2 (NG) are currently doing some extra coursework.  As this only affects a few members of the class, please ask your son/daughter if it applies to them and if it does, please encourage them and check they are doing a little bit of preparation each night ready for their assessment next Wednesday 25th March.

We have had a fantastic response to the Year 7 sponsored spell this year; we are just waiting for the last few students to bring in their money.   It is not about each student raising a large sum of money – it is that as many students as possible have put themselves out in a small way to help someone who does not have the same life opportunities as they do. Thank you to everyone who has contributed this year!
